Anger and Love
« on: May 05, 2010, 01:29:50 PM »
A man was washing his new car,

His 4 years old son picked up a stone and scribbled something
on the side of his new car.

In a fit of anger, without even looking at what was the graffiti,
The man took his son's hand and hit it several times,
Without realizing he was hitting it with an adjustable wrench.

At the hospital, the boy lost all his fingers,
because of multiple fractures he had suffered.

When the boy saw his father very sad, (because of his injury)
He asked, "Daddy, will my fingers grow back?"

The man was very shaken by the question and remained speechless.
He walk to his car and kicked it several times.

Frustrated by his own actions, he sat by the car.
Then he saw what his son had scribbled on his car and read:

"I LOVE YOU DAD!"

The next day, the man committed suicide.

Anger and Love have no limits.

Never forget “Things are created to be used, and persons to be loved”

But the problem in today’s world, is that:
People are used and things are loved
If you put a chain around the neck of a sub/slave, the other end also fastens itself around your own.   ~Emerson

"Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body,
but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "...holy shit...what a ride!"

A very sad story...but so true...just read the papers.

Yes, that is the state of this vale of tears, we love our things, and our desires.  We give little thought to the desires of others.
