I had to give Ubar to the hopsicle for a bit of treatment. He may be there overnight, he may be there longer. dunno yet.

Rags, you are also in my thoughts and prayers that you don't injure too many nurses or doctors during your stay and that you get out of there quickly. I love the both of you and I do worry about the two of you, as you worry about me at times. ~huggggggggggggggggggggggggggggles to the both of you~

I am home. Not entirely out of the woods yet, but I can see beyond the trees.
Nobody irritated me, so all the hospital staff are fine. I had great nurses that took care of me with great care and were as gentle with my owie as possible. A few had a bit of a sadistic streak in them, but that works. Look at my Tuchuk sisters and our girls... especially the ebil woobie!
Additional test results are still pending, and I (or woob) will relay as we learn more.

When we are able to get to the sim card from our old phone, I will be calling you, since the phone doesn't work anymore and the only way to get to phone numbers is getting that sim card shifted to the new phone, which is a PITA, as we have to go to an AT&T store and have them get it taken care of.

Had to take Ubar back to hopsicle Friday night. He had run a temp of 101 for two days and I couldn't break it. (Have we ever seen anything I can't break??) He is still there, they are pumping him full of IV antibiotics and his leg is having a bout of relapse too.. So he is there, your prayers will be accepted gratefully.
I did tell him that he is not allowed to be discharged or die until my days off each week.. because.. well.. we wouldn't want me to be inconvenienced.. LMAO! (yes, I believe in tough love and ebilness)
I haven't been answering the home phone, because well, I have been either at work, or at hospital with him so by the time I get home, the children get mommy time and food and we sleep. Love you all.

LOL In all honesty, you both are in my thoughts and prayers and I really hope this is the last vacation in the hopsicle for at least 5 to 6 months, more would be great.

I am not accepting this aging shit well at all. I still have the spirit of a young feller but my body is starting to age not so well. I keep hearing, "You aren't twenty years old anymore" or "You are not ten foot tall and bulletproof anymore.""Age gracefully and with dignity" they say.
SUCK MY LEFT NUT!
I have ripped, snorted, and bulled my way my entire life. At least I can say my body has not gotten in this shape by being graceful and dignified. Its been one helluva ride from my point of view... and I am sure as hell NOT in the mood to get off this merry go round anytime soon, and when I do it will be with ALL my body parts of any major importance.
During this last fiasco, they surmise my temperature had risen to the 105 to 107 degree range, accounting for my having no real recollection of over a day and a half. I sure as hell can't afford to be burning off my remaining brain cells. I'm running kinda low as it is.
The Dr's and specialists are concerned about this leg infection and fear if it is not brought under control, I could lose my leg. They were not to happy with my reply. I told them not to worry about taking my leg as that is NOT going to happen, PERIOD. So they best get down to the other remaining options.
For those who are actually glad I am still around, you can thank woobie this time around. I was so out of it, going to the hospital never really registered much in my mind. For those who wish I would have died... sucks to be you. If that is what makes you happy, remember... I am not in the happiness business. I may just stick around another decade or so just to keep you irritated.
