We will try this again. Hopefully the vaccines will be wide spread and things returning to near social standards again.
Same place as in the other threads, same basic rules. Will know more about covid restrictions closer to the date.
Do note, make your reservations and plan on this, but remember, given the damned covid crap, it all hinges on the virus and if the State Park remains open and what the restrictions are on social gatherings. But we will give it our best shot.
GATHERING DATES; July 12th through the 19th. Some of us arrive on the 11th to set up, and we all head for home Monday the 19th.
Our final lunch together on the 19th before heading our separate ways depends greatly on the covid dining restrictions. If necessary, we may just pick up some food and dine in the park before heading out. At least we feast together a final time. Time will tell.

If you plan to attend, post your intent on this thread.
Post any questions you may have. We will try to answer them.
If you are flying in and need picked up and dropped off, please, try to book through CAK and not Cleveland or Pittsburgh. Please be considerate and get flights to take you home after 3pm at least. Your arrival time is usually not a problem, but please check first. It is rough picking someone up and just getting back and getting a call to come and pick someone else up. It is nice if we can double up on flights that are closer together if one will be patient enough to wait a short time.

My fingers are crossed that you are able to do it this year, sadly I will be there in spirit because the vaccine is not an option for me with its current unreliability. Even though I would absolutely love having some sort of social reaction outside of a window lol which is how my human interactions have been since March, and will sadly continue to be from the sounds of things for at least another 6 to 7 months if not longer.
Those traveling please stay safe, have fun, and the best of wishes from those of us on this side of the map who are still on lockdown.

I, unfortunately, will not be making it this year. 2020-21 have been real shit show years and currently still going. As of now, I have a week to find a new place to live. So yeah.. just not gonna happen this year.

Looks like just four of us this year. The Canukistan border is closed to vacation travel.
Other things popped up for others. Financial hardship, personal matters, and just plain shitty luck.
So it is just Raz & Jill, woob and I. The lake may never be the same without so many there to keep a constant eye on what Raz and I just might get into at any given time.

...I still hang around a bit, but it is true. Many have moved on. Gor can be very harsh...I ran off a few times, because it was affecting my r/t abilities. When I was laboring over planning a Jury trial, I would be distracted, thinking about the r/p, "How the HELL do I get Izee' and Marcus out of this????" There are so many typists, especially Kimba, who create wonderful Worlds, and challenging r/p. A number of times, I sat back, looking at the screen, and thinking...

...But, I stayed, and typed, and sometimes had a lot of fun, other times I turned off the computer and just went to bed.
...Marcus and I became very close, we would speak of r/t issues privately, and at times incorporated what was going on r/t with our r/p. I was watching over him, v/t, when he had his last illness. He said that he would feel happier, and stronger, when he opened his computer and saw my message, and what I was doing in the r/p. :) I sent him one of those HUGE gift baskets when he was in the hospital. He said, when the Nurses brought it to him and asked him who it was from...
..."It is from my v/t Wife...I have one on the internet."
...The nurses would eat most of the basket, but Marcus got what he wanted. ;)
