We have not come up with a fitting name yet. Any suggestions would be welcome. She came home just this night and is 6 weeks old. She is Akita/Golden Retriever X.

((Edited because we were given the wrong damn puppy last night and had to switch her with her Sister...now we have the right one.))

Pala is spanish for bat... (his ears were too big for his head when he was a kitten and looked like a lil white bat), and Reya was french for streak because she had a grey streak down her head... which she lost when she got older. Sidney came with her name from the shelter, and we decided not to change it since she was already over 2 years old.

Anyway... is a thought...
