To answer Amber first... I was thinking along the lines of nearly ripe fruits... meaning I got a small amount of those and the ripe fruits as well... Since the ripe ones could be used right away, meaning the moment we returned to camp, and the rest could be made into dried fruit or whatever... Anyways, I changed it, as it seems it was a bit too confusing... Will rewrite it later when I can think straight

Nah, Sistah, I understood the whole.. ripe and nearly ripe concepts.  It is just that I have no idea if we have two cases EACH of Apricots and Cherries, both ripe... or if it is one case of Apricots and one case of Cherries.
