all three groups do their own bonding.
they discuss those matters relevent to their lot in life... get to know one another better... share things between themselves... all that good stuff.
in rp... the groups may even gossip.... IE... the slaves may speak of the hot Masters... the WOmen may speak of the hot Men... the Men may, well, *chuckles*, speak about whatever. LOL
just do whatever it is you do. relate to one another.
it is prefered that all groups would discuss matters of Gorean nature in the Gorean setting. but this is a very gray area so some leeway will be granted for this. this is NAUGHT a non-rp venue to complain persay... though voicing isues within a rp context may naught be a bad idea in orde to garner views from others in your group.
