12th Outrider Oralu;
Absent an Oraluman and several Orluman and Orman, all unit personnel will report for duty to Oraluman Terran so he may appoint new Commanders where vacancies exist. If Luong can be sparred from Terran’s Oralu, I recommend his experience be put to use as Oraluman of the 12th unless Terran has a better idea in mind.
Upon completion of reforming the Oralu, all Units of the 12th will report to the Western Armory to be re-outfitted and fully armed.
The Eastern Commissary, under the supervision of the Main Camp Commissary will provision the 12th for a hand in the field.
Within one hands time of the issuance of this order, the 12th Outrider Oralu will take to the field and station itself West of camp to begin training and establish itself as an active Unit.
Upon return to camp, the 12th Outrider Oralu will be furloughed for one hand before receiving order of where to proceed to return to active duty station.

ATTENTION TUCHUK:
All orphaned Sons, named or unnamed shall report to the main camp within three days of this posting for immediate induction into training units. Requirements are as follows;
Standing tall, be one half the height of the main camp whipping post.
Be of sound mind and body,
Have basic skill with bow, quiva, and kaiila.
Have no fear of death.

ATTENTION TUCHUK:
All orphaned Daughters, named or unnamed shall report to the main camp medical lot area within three days of this posting for immediate induction into Clan duties. The first duty will be for all to receive basic medical first aid training. Once a passing status is achieved, all inductees will be measured in skill and ability for Clan placement. Those showing higher than average skills in medical abilities will be retained in the Healers Clan pending approval of the Clan Elder.
REQUIREMENTS:
Standing tall, be one half the height of the main camp whipping post.
Be of sound mind and body,
Have basic skill with bow, quiva, and kaiila.

ATTENTION TUCHUK:
All orphans not half the height of the whipping post in the main camp will report to the main area, or be brought to the main area for counting and identification of needs and requirements within two days of the posting of this decree.
All Free of Tuchuk able and willing to provide for these orphans shall also report.
NO PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS EXIST FOR THE ORPHANS.
REQUIREMENTS FOR FOSTERING:
Have the ability to provide a stable environment and skill for the orphans to be placed.
Ability to “parent” said orphans until their maturity when they can stand on their own as contributing members of Tuchuk society.
Be willing and able to accept responsibility for said orphans just as any Mother or Father would for their own blood.

ATTENTION ALL CLANS:
By Ubarian decree, all Clans will gather surplus goods that are doing no good but taking up space, and that will be replaced by newer goods, be gathered together and collected in the main area of camp for sorting and distribution to those in need. Greatest needs seen to first.
Any seeking or obtaining profit from the free distribution will face extreme penalty, up to and including impalement.
Ample good were received from Turia, yet some have fallen through the cracks and are in as much need now as during the war. It is time we turn that war effort into getting all of Tuchuk cared for and back to being supportive contributing members of Tuchuk society.
This will not be construed as a handout, nor seen as an insult to accept. All gave, all sacrificed… all should share in the winner’s share. What is accepted will be given back to Tuchuk by improved conditions and conduct, service to others under Arms or in Clan.

MY FIRST ASKARI ORALU:
Report for assembly at first light come the morrow inside my wagon’s main chamber.
Discharges will be issued to those suffering physical disabilities that render them unfit for active duty.
Those who will remain in the Oralu, will report to the Seamstress Clan and order new leathers and other items deemed essential to turnout.
When completed, report to the Southern Armory for re-outfitting.
Full turnout will be within one hand for inspection with further orders forthcoming.
