RATES:

1 PERSON 1 BED = $39.99 PER NIGHT
2 PERSON 2 BED = $43.99 PER NIGHT
3 PERSON 2 BED = $49.99 PER NIGHT
4 PERSON 2 BED = $55.99 PER NIGHT

PLUS SALES TAX OF 7.5%



this is an extremely good rate and this Motel is in a semi private setting 15 minutes from both Salem and Alliance Metropolitan areas.

there are both smoking and non smoking rooms available.

i requested ten rooms be earmarked for this gathering and these are a first come first serve deal.

i recommend  people rooming together and sharing the cost of the room.

bring your swimsuits as there is a pool for our enjoyment.


contact the Motel and book your reservations.  a credit card security deposit of one night's stay is required to hold the room. any cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance to avoid loss of deposit.

lol....sorry sis...blonde moment....so ummm....with a lil copy magic...here is the dates and all that from Master Ubar's post on the old wall.....
WHEN:

weekend of July 16th, 2005
official gathering dates:
begins friday the 15th and ends sunday the 17th

(note... past gatherings have shown many enjoy starting a day early and ending a day later allowing for more time together and an easier schedule. so unnofficially this gathering will run from thurday july 14th ending july 18th.)

I am going to be there, even if I have to hitchhike ~joking of course~ but I am going to be there... just have to find a way there, since we aren't sure about the truck making it there, and well hubby needs it for work, unless we get a new one before we move out there... ~crosses fingers at that idea~ the only thing I have to really worry about is a room, as I am going to be coming alone, since Trent has to work and won't be coming with, I don't take up much floor space, so you could stuff me in the closet or in a corner ~grins~ I will pay my way, for all the nights I take up space...

Master and I booked our rooms last night.
I was informed when I booked my room last it was the *LAST* non-smoking room left.
Just wanted to let anyone know if they were delayed in booking as I was they may wish to call in.

stuff that isn't too difficult to make cause, well, uh.. i have little domestic culinary skills.. LOL..

I thought mac salad, pea salad, some sort of fruit medley
burgers, dogs, beer chicken?

okay... right now, it's looking like I might not be able to make it... the move took more than we had and we are trying to figure out how to get out of the major hole it put us into... so if anyone is nearby, or within a distance that is close or semi close, that can give me a ride out, contact me via the board's pm feature...
