It's Food Allergy Awareness Week/Month

Life Threatening Food Allergy world, which we live 24/7, is sometimes a scary, frustrating and lonely place to live. It can bring out the worst, but also the best, in family members, friends and strangers. Constant vigilance is exhausting. Putting your child's life in another's hand is beyond frightening. Mistakes can literally kill. It's recognized as an invisible disability that a lot of people don't understand and some simply don't want to believe. Others are absolutely wonderful and willing to make the mostly simple accommodations for safety and inclusion.

If you would like more information, this is a great site to learn. http://www.foodallergy.org/ Thank you.
