it redirects me to a different page:

my avs are in jpg though

I'll have to check. What is the exact filename, and what is the file size?

as for the size,the av is 500 x 325 pixels if that helps

It hates dashes (-). Try underscore (_) and it should work.

and make sure to end the filename with .jpg
