I got this from my cousin who posted it up on FB this evening, after she announced that the maternal grandson of Lynn Hoyem and herself was named Offensive Player of the Year. So yes, Lynn Hoyem was my cousin and I got to grow up hearing the stories when he played with the Dallas Cowboys and Philadelphia Eagles.

His number was #51.
