Title: Them little things called babies
Post by: Raziel on May 28, 2008, 12:19:55 PM: Lana has had some bloodwork done to see if she will be admitted early or not. That little thing in her stomach has dropped lower though Lana has not dilated thing. Whatever that means. The room next to mine has been turned pink, blagh! Everyone is in a buzz with this whole baby thing. Whatever.

Thats the update so far.

Tune in later and I can keep ya'll informed.

but honesty whats wrong with pink?

cause I lost the RAGNAR game show because of my love of pink.... but I did polietly turn down the consolation prize...

The reason my room was pink, was when my sister was 15 and me 5, she wanted to paint her room neon green, and asked me what I wanted my room and for some strange reason I said pink... ~grumbles~

I feel for ya Bro, and soon your nights and days are going to be filled with a crying baby, unless she's one of the weird ones and only cries when hungry...

Comes with the territory when there's a baby girl around LOL. What the hell, there's NOTHIN cuter than a new baby. You'll be sick to death of pink for quite awhile --- but that lil' girl will have You wrapped twice by the time She's ten minutes old ;). Just put up with the pink and enjoy the baby, Bro.

She went to the doctors for the check up. she is only 2 cm dilated or whatever. Doctors will wait for another check up on wednesday to determeine whether or not to admit her on wednesday or monday to induce. If they admitted her today then she would more than likely undergo a C-section buy wednesday. So hopefully it will be a later delivery so as to avoid the C-section which is what she wants. Will know more later.

Now, the fact that she CHOOSES to wear pink boas, flip flops, and sunglasses has absolutely nothing to do with it! *lol*

There were some complications. Early this morning, the doctor tried to induce, attempted to break the water three times and afterwards, 6 hours of waiting with the inducing, still no further dilation, nothing. A C-section was performed.

At 13:56 today, June 9th, 2008...

A little dark haired baby Tuchuk FW was brought into this world.

20 inches long...6 pounds 13 ounces.

Congratulations to Lana/Jill

And Happy Birthday to Erin Paige McLees.

Went to the hospital, relayed all the messages and saw the baby. My folks were there as well. Lana held the baby to get her to open her eyes and nothing. My mom and my dad tried to get the baby to open her eyes, nothing. I got made to hold the little baby. YOU ALL know she just had to look at me. Opened them big eyes and didnt shut them the whole time I held her. Something about my growly gruff voice I suppose. Soothing and enticing. Such a small button nose. Tiny little girl. Just so small and good bit of hair on her. Cute little baby. She farted in my arms. Oh yeah, she was that comfortable. Good lil Tuchuk there. Just so small. Truly amazing.
