Is glad your feeling better! Did the same thing earlier this year.. fell... didnt think anything of it.. then my neck got sore.. then worse and worse till I couldnt turn my head with out pain.. or find a comfortable way to sleep.. went to chiropractor and the same day it started feeling better.. It was no fun, so I am glad you finally went and it is subsiding a bit.. hopefully will be completely gone soon
