RIP Captain Phil Harris
« on: February 10, 2010, 06:56:12 AM »

I got up this morning and saw this and my heart dropped. I know this reality TV to some is fake, but the show Deadliest Catch was one of my favorites. You actually kinda got into their lives. Especially those of the boat Cornelia Marie. When the Captain got sick at sea on past episodes many were worried, especially for his two sons Jake and Josh.
And now they have lost their father and the ships at sea have lost a Valued Captain.

May Your seas be smooth sailing and your pots be filled where You are Captain Phil..... you will be missed.

my thoughts and prayers are with the boys and the crew of the cornelia marie.  Phil Harris was a good Captain and a good person.

Old sailors never die.. they just disappear into the mist looking for a better place to fish.
Never Meddle in the Affairs of a Dragon.  for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.
