Dear Diary
this day hae been a productive aine, t' harvests are in and whit t' servants hard work, tis been a bonnie season frae t' MacLaaran farmers, the crops be all stored an accounted and tis a good surplus. Tae ale house hae been busy making fresh batches of ale tae cask an store in t' cold room...t' laundry lasses hae done a guid job in seeing tae a fulls tock of fresh linens...
spi nae seen hide nae hair of t' other council members frae saime time, t' eves hae been quiet leaving spi much time t' think an dwell. weel tis nae as iffin a girl tis no used tae being alone..sae be it...she will content herself whit keeping t' hall warm an welcoming all aine her own. tis guid tae C/company drop in now and then, tis guid tae see new an old F/faces....soon diary it will be time frae Samhain, spi's favortie time of year, she hopes this year will be magica, but mostly likely expects tae practicing frae her auld batty spinster days. till tomorrow diary..........

tis been a interesting few days, spi tis sorry she nae been writing, tae much on her wee mind she supposes, sighs an takes a sip of wine, t' winter chill tis floating in t' air, spi thinks she needs tae venture tae t' forest tae check on t' wolves an her hidden cave..everyone tis gearing frae all hallows eve, spi expects tae hall wilt be quiet as it hae been...but she will haunt its walls..she hae become leery of t' strangers lurking in t' shadows nae showing their faces, an unease hae filled a girl of late as she thinks tomorrow she wilt speak tae aine of t' guards an hae them make a presence now an then wit in t' hall...maybe tis jes spi spending way tae much time alone an her thoughts running rampet, but best safe then sorry..till tommorw dearest diary, thank ye frae always being there frae her, a silent voice that dunna make light of her fears

Tae hae been quiet, save frae a few Visitors, tis a pleasure ate see Dreamer visiting now an then, a girl got t' serve this evening, a proper serve, it made a girl happy tae feel of use again an tae serve her haime. spi tis hoping t' visits continue and hopefully bring Muir witin...t' ale house tis busy an should be a good year frae it...spi also secured a fine sock of rum which she hae hidden well in t' cold room....spi hopes t' visit t' village tomorrow till then dearest diary..

Dearest diary, tis october 20th..a girl has been lapse in writing, where tae begin...tis busy...tis a new Blackmith trying out t' smithy tae see iffin He an it are a guid fit...Dream Weaver tis back and rennovations are begining upon t' castle..tis guid tae see...tis been Visitors thru and Wwe art having Story night on t' 25th..a girl tis excited.
Tis also t' reappearence of M'lord Dageus...Whom spi hae already dyed green in His bath water...an battled whit....though sparks art flying tis just a matter of time 'fore t' interest dies an He tis gone like t' rest spi hae nae illusions....pretty words art easy enough tae brandy about an spi dunna hae any faith in them.
spi also hae a horse now gifted frae Ian...spi wis rather surprised that she wis given t' braw beastie...she also hae two new companions in t' for of 2 precosious wolf pups that spi hae approriately names, storm an tempest....giggles whispers..puir cookie...
