Reports are flooding in from all over the nation...wait...please stand by....

Yes, the CDC has reported that due to the recent outbreak of swine influenza, more and more people have been looking to keep their health in check.  Unfortunately there has also been a discovery of a new strain of avian influenza.  The gallus influenza, also known as the chicken flu has been striking people all over the nation due to the same reported cases of swine infection.

It has been advised people stay away from others who may be infected, stay away from swine, from poultry and even from opening any packages in the mail.

We will keep you up to the minute on this new outbreak.

If I could make some chicken soup, enough to feed the two of you, I would do so and send it your way, because I know all too well the Mega Grumpy part, as Ray gets that way when he's super sick... ~pouts a bit as I try not to wake the sleeping bear who has been taking care of me for the past few days~

But I have no way to cook such in large quantities yet, but hopefully by next year we will be lucky enough to be in a place and Ray will be able to cook his delicious chicken soup for the two of you, if you need it... ~smiles a bit and heads out to do some more research~
