I made it home from Iowa safe and sound.  It was a slightly busy week, and then a very relaxing week.  It was very nice to have spent most of it with my mother and brother, and offering up my child for grandma time (which meant I went back to bed uh huh).

The wedding was... different -lol-  I mean I don't know how Gay Wiccan weddings are supposed to go?  But I doubt this was it.  Everything was so disorganized and none of us knew what the hell we were doing.  At least I showed up in the right clothing and did mostly the right stuff when called upon as "maid of honor/best 'man'", that's what is important right?  So yeah.  Interesting to say the least.  But everything else was great.

Now back to the weekly grind tomorrow once my Mother and Brother leave back for Iowa tomorrow -sigh- I miss them so much, but ah well, I'll steal whatever time I can with them. -beams-

Glad you made it home safe.  Despite everything, sounds like it was a good family time, so that's what matters.   :)
