Yes.... its true...  A Herder will arrive in a camp near you soon.....

( is flying home in the morning.  I don't think Florida likes me very much, or at least the gulf of mexico.  Seems there truly is something in the water... and its given me a rash and a UTI  that landed me in the er yesterday morning.  don't worry... my sense of humor is still intact.)

Cut the cranberry juice with apple or grape. makes it much easier to take  -lol-

is actually using cran apple or cran raspberry 3/4 juice 1/4 sprite or seven up. to cut the bitter.  and i am going to the doc in nashville tomorrow... but for now... rest
