.. Im home for the next few days..  I have been having horrible chest pains.. it felt as if my heart was coming out of my chest.. so after tests tests and more tests.. the doc tell me i have a very very bad case of Bronchitis.. .. yea so im home and alive

Take a couple salt pills...
Watch plenty of football...
Listen and obey Ariel (When it is beneficial to you)...
When breathing is easier, have your Woman facesit you to exercise those lungs...

get a humidifier, fill it with water and put eucalyptus oil and put it in the small well it will have. it helps. My mom used to have to do this with My sister every 6 months when she was little.

Thanks everyone for the first time since monday I can now stay awake for more than and hour..  so i feel alot better and did as the doc has directed me too, i should go back to work tommorrow and that is a good thing im so tired of being cooped up in that house im about to go nuts..

Might as well wait and go back to work monday. Don't push it. Would suck to run yourself down and end up at Ariel's mercy again.
