Suffice it to say the State of South Carolina has gone completely mad.  I have graduated from the Criminal Justice Academy and been commissioned as a Police Officer for the State's Department of Mental Health and I have Statewide jurisdiction to enforce the laws of the State of South Carolina.

The Skies help whomever I pullover.

Congratulations dearest Brother!!! Hopefully we won't meet while we are in South Carolina visiting my cousins who live north of Charleston. -grins- Since I don't drive, I think those on the roads down there will be safe, as will you. -grins sweetly-
