Title: replacement of main doors and steps for Dragonslair

I brought some thralls to Dragonslair along with new doors, frame, and steps to Dragonslair, and replaced the frame and doors after the courage fight that a young Man picked with Ragnar two days ago, I also replaced the steps to Dragonslair as requested by NightStorm as a surprise for the Ubar.
