Title: My freaking luck

So my internet went down today. The first time the guy did something to fix it and it lasted about an hour. The second time the chick in the phone didn't even try to fix it and is just sending out a tech. There is no guarantee that the tech will be out today so I am not sure that I will be of any use tonight since I can't type worth a damn on this tiny keyboard and I have a feeling I  will get frustrated quickly. If a tech doesn't come today ten it will be Monday before we have full access again. here's hoping he comes today.

OK so he's been here and gone. (Thank god.. I was his last person for the day).  He couldn't detect any problems with our connections both inside and outside of the apartment.  He took one look at my cable modem and was like..eeyeah.. Going to go ahead and put in a request for a new one of those for you.  (We've had this one for.. let's see.. Julian is six now?) Six years.. lol.. It's old, and hopefully when we get a new, we won't have the problems we've had previously.

It was every site, NS lol...

And I am bumping this... because it seems like if I tell you all I may not be in Camp because of internet issues, they resolve themselves and I get to be in Camp. 

My net today goes down for 20 minutes, comes back up for 10 ten minutes, goes down for 20 minutes.. etc, etc, etc.  I called kinda late because we were getting a new modem today.  New modem installed... still having the same issue, but of course not WHILE the tech was here.  Awesome.  I am hoping it fixes itself and I can move on with my damned life.

Yeah.  Last night it went down again.  And rather than wait for it to come back up, I just went to bed.  Sorry for disappearing on everyone.

Lay it out very clearly for them.

You pay for a service.

They are not providing that service.

They will not be paid for absence of service.

Service will be restored immediately, if not sooner.

What if your internet and cable provider? It could be them just trying to jack you over.
