I got this today in email. Confirmation of what we already knew, but I thought I'd share with the rest of the family...

I do remember my father speaking very highly of you and the adventures he had in your chats. I loved those stories and they always made me happy to see he found people who loved him so much. But, I have some very sad news to report. Fredrick, my father, passed away on his birthday: March 25th,2013. He had melanoma and it spread through out his body. I tried getting into his accounts to notify his friends, sadly I could not access them. Again, I am very sorry about this and hope you and Ragnar are doing well. Aeries Brittany

So excuse me if I seem a bit sadder for a while. I'm just working my way through a whole lot of emotions.
