My 3 year old cousin was taken to the ICU at UW-Madison tonight. They have no idea what's wrong with her, but they said she's going downhill fast. This is the youngest child of my cousin and they could really use a lot of prayers, if you wouldn't mind. Her name is Kelsi, thank you.

prayers and lighting a candle for her

The little one and your family have my and flame's prayers!!

Thank you, everyone, waiting for an update after my Mom calls them today. Will let you know.
-
...I included you and yours in my morning Rosary, siren. May the news be good today.
-
Thank you, Medi, so much.
Update: She has pneumonia now, but the doctors said she has 3 lumps near her jugular, and that's what a friend's little girl had, and those were cancerous, so praying more now. Thank you again, everyone, it means a lot to me.
My Mom is calling later tonight, and if i'm able, i'll give an update again.
-
...*Hugs* I will continue to pray for you, and yours, hun, and I will dedicate a Rosary to her...may she recover from this.
-
Keeping the kneemails going mine.
:'( :'( :'(

Keeps the prayers coming sis.
-
Oh no! Prayers and keeping candles lit
-
quick update...there are none. They looked at the lumps yesterday, but didn't do a biopsy (trust me, her parents are really po'ed, because they won't do it now because of the pneumonia) They're supposed to call if anything changes, and we've not heard anything more so apparently she's doing the same. Thank you, everyone.

I tell myself that means she is stable. At least it does not sound like she is losing ground as quickly as initially thought. They can treat the pneumonia if it has not really taken hold rather quickly. THEN they can focus on the lumps.
I can understand the displeasure at not tackling the lumps, but the more methodical part of my nature tells me tend to the easier stuff first, and build her body up for the worst case scenario so she can handle it.
Keep the faith and kneemails are still outgoing.

i will never lose the faith.
From her Mom: She is barely eating so that's a step forward, neck is looking a little better, not wanting to do anything, good night of sleep last night but running fevers still

The update is still hopeful!!!!! *S*
Hopefully she will sleep better tonight and that will aide in her recovery.
Kneemails continue!!!!!
