Title: The Offer...

 Admiral Chegwidden showed up at my door this morning and offered me a job as a JAG Judge. That means I'd have to come out of retirement, but it would also mean a promotion.   He wanted an answer right away, and I told him  that I needed time to think about it.  At least he was enough of a gentleman to take me to lunch.  Mr. Secretary of the Navy must have given him a huge expense account to reel me back in.

  Still haven't given Admiral Chegwidden an answer yet.  I'm holding out and playing hard to get to see if he'll cough up anything else good. 

I probably should move on, since my career as ADA seems to be going nowhere fast despite winning several high profile cases. 

And Glenn.. well, let's just not go there. 

I'll have to make a decision sooner or later.
