Title: FYI!
Post by: LadyMuse on May 14, 2006, 11:19:18 PM: As S/some of you already know I will be a bit sporadic for the next few weeks. My father flies out for a qaudruple bypass tomorrow morning...the surgery is Wed. of this week. In the mean time..I must go up to the property and stay with Mom so that she doesn't go nuts there alone with worry...as She can't go with Him because they won't pay for her to fly down as well...and the plane tickets alone would be $600....then another $1000 in hotel room at least....so it's just not a viable option since Dad hasn't worked since He first got sick almost 2 years ago. Anyways....they DO have a computer and internet now..but it's dial up..and the baby brother is online when he's home a lot....BUT I will be on as much as I can be...when I can slip away....but be warned I could vanish at times without warning....if not in camp I will try to be on MSN as much as I can.....espcially at night so I can at least talk to Grumpy a bit even..this is the first time We have been away from each other in like 6 years *LOL* so yeah....I will try and keep you A/all updated as I can. I love you A/all and miss it when I am not here as much as I would like to be....and rememeber My girls...even when I am not here...I am watching and do care about you all muchly...but this next week...My r/t has to come first...as it's My mom's mental state haning in the balance. You all think I do a lot of shrink work in camp.....trust Me..it's NOTHING compared to what I have to do for My own bloody parents *chuckles*. Anyways..I have to run and finish packing now...and maybe try and get a bit of time in with Grumpy...

Post by: LadyMuse on May 17, 2006, 12:02:28 PM: Alright..*sighs* things have changed AGAIN...it looks like I'll be here for at least an extra week...as Dad got down there and they cancelled His surgery for today and rebooked it for next Tuesday....they had two emeergency heart transplants.....that bumped Him...so yeah....meaning an extra week of dealign with mom goign off the deep end cuz she's worried and misses Him and more time I am away from My own home....and My cats....and My Grumpy....anyways...I love and miss you all..and plan to try and slip into camp even for a little while by this weekend....probably tomorrow or friday night as the little brother has to work......I will keep things updated and thank you A/all again for the thoughts and prayers...they are appriciated muchly.

Youre giving so much, Muse...make sure you take time for yourself to destress and wind down....if i knew where to send some of my lavender silk eye masks, and some goodies, i would! I bought out(darn near) the no kill cat sanctuary;'s donation baskets of bath and body works stuff....

I also think several people on here are deserving*G* of my special quilts for x mas....so if im able to make it down to the gathering(going by doc orders at this time..and all seems to be go if i can walk about, even if i hate it cause its all bumpy and you always land against people*L*) then ill make a list of those who would like one, and ill try to take some pics of two i have here(with pretty lace trim) but for guys, i can do nice rust, forest green or blue colors, with like a woven gold cord border)...can always message me and let me know!
