Dig a moat the length of the Mexican border, take the dirt and raise the levies in New Orleans, and put the excess Florida alligators in the moat.

HUbby says that if mexicans tasted like dogs then there'd be no prob since gators love dogs, but don't like peoples so much. *grin*
