In relation to the heat, everyone needs to begin consumption of water on a frequent basis.  If you think on juices, blackwine or what have you, think again.  Never stray too far out that you cannot be in easy reach of a bota of water or the river.  Just to help you gauge, one bota of water per ahn, of course in moderation.  And yes you will go to the bathroom frequently, but this is a good thing.  Also, take heed the level of the river, due to the lack of rain.  This means all.
