so far, i have almost 100% range of motion back to my arm -grins- but am still restricted on how much i can use it. my next visit to the therapist is next week and will be being fitted for a special elbow band with a pad in it, i will still have to be careful on the use of it, but hopefully i will be able to be back to serving and doing chores  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D



and for those who have questioned how i can be online and not use it, easy, try the fact i have just been playing games, all it consists of is clicking, dont need to hands for that
