Title: One pissed off FW

I know I have not been around for a while now and with things going on in My life, I don't know when I will be able to make it back.

the goverment has cut both Me and My dad off of the disability that was getting.  they are saying he made to much money during tax season.  but that is being faught to get it going again.

so right now I am only left to live on My SSI check and that is only $165/month untill Novenber when that "should" go up.  and I tried to get My food stamps increased and I am only getting $152/month in that.  it did not increase from where I had lost over $400/month because of disability getting cut off.  and I had gotten a 7 day write from the propety manager so maybe can get help to finish covering this months rent and that has been started.  but got a diconnect notice from the eletric company and took that up to the local DHS office to get help for that and it got denied.  so as of thrusday I may not have eletric.  and if that gets shut off, that right there is grounds for the lease to be terminated and then they can go to court for a court order eviction.  I am going to be calling this one place in the town I live in to hopefully get help from them to get that covered.  but if they do not have the funds to help then I am going to become homeless.

just when I think things are going good in My life, has to come crashing back down.  I will post when I know what is going on after I find things out on monday.

but right now My mind is on what is going on in My life.  but I would really love for Me and My mom to be put in thoughts and prayers that we get the help that we need to keep a roof over our heads and all that

well I am hoping to have an appointment for wensday at this place in town to help with My eletric./  so hopefully that goes good.  and the woman I talked to today said that they should be able to help out with that.  so will just have to wait and see

well I finally got the appointment set up to try and get help on the eletric, but I also found out today on the phone that I do not qualify for the program to get help with My housing.  so it is damned if I do and damned if I don't.

well I just talked to the propery manager and told her what I was told about this one place here in My town about not helping out with housing unless it is a court ordered eviction.  so I guess soon it is going to be sent to legal for that to get started so hopefully when I get it either DHS or this other place is able to help cover it.  so it is just a wait and see game now

so far not able to find help on the rent but have an appointment in the morning for help on the electric shut off, and there is another place that will match the funds so My whole electric bill get paid

well got some good news.  I just got back from My appointment in My town about My electric, and this place is covering the shut off notice and also another place is covering the rest, so My electric is gonna be payed in full.  so don't have to worry about the electric for a while now.  still no help with rent yet

well My dad is having to set up an appointment with social security and he is taking his old boss with him and both are going to sit down and fight it.  they are still trying to say that he made to much during tax season.  I just can not wait for this all to be over with.  I have been under alot of stress lately and it just keeps getting worse.  My cousin-in-law that is in the Marines is now in Kuwait and just waiting to head into Iraq.  so I am stressed out with that and with what is going on here at My own house.  I am hoping that soon alot of the stress will be lifted off My shoulders and I can come back to My family here for I miss all of you and love all of you.

well got some good news in the mail today.  My ssi check is getting increased next month.  so starting next month I will only be making $20 less then what I was drawing inbetween SSI and disability.  so that is a major plus.  the amount I owe on My rent has been sent to legal to go to court so have to wait for the eviction notice and then will be going to two different places to get that taken care of.  so things are starting to look up for Me and My mom.  and what will help out this month is the minumam wage is going up big time.  going from $5 something to $6.95 this month.  so that will help big time

and also it helps that SSI goes on the income of two months before and next month will be based on the income had last month*chuckles*

well the eviction process has been started.  it has been turned over to legal and they have to take it to court and get a court date and then I have to show up for that.  so it is just now wait untill the court date and then go to court and sign some papers.  will not even have to appear infront of the judge.   and then I take the court order eviction to the two different places to get help.  once that is done, everything will be taken care of. 

and I went to the foot doctors today and I had a wart in My toe that has been long since removed and the doctor is wanting to do a tender relaxtion next week.  good thing it is only that day he wants Me to take it easy.  I am gonna have one or two stitches on the top of My foot and then will go back the following week to get it removed.  so hopefully this will work and will keep Me from walking on the tip of that toe.

it sucks when you basically have to lose everything before you can get help from anyone anymore... but at least this is something.

well got the tendon relaxation done.  so far so good with that.  I got back on wendsday to have the stitch removed and they will be putting more wrapping on the toe to keep it straight while the tendon heals

well I went back to the foot doctors today and he removed the stitch.  so far My toe is staying straight.  and the toe looks good.  as long as i do not have any problems out of My feet I do not have to go back untill december.  and he is already talking about doing the same thing to My other toes.  but I am going to wait a bit to make sure that it does work before I let him do it to My other toes.  but I never knew someone could have "too straight of a toe"
