   -Cosian wingfish liver pate’ on buttery crackers

   -Chunks of roast bosk, herbed and stuffed w/cheese

   -White grunt caviar on buttery crackers

-Herbed and breaded vulo bits w/choice of sauces
      
   -Fried mashed butter sul balls w/choice of sauces

   -Fresh peppers and veggies w/choice of sauces

   -Assorted berries, apricots, tospit, cherries, redfruit

   -Sauces
* Honey mustard
      * Creamy herb
      * Ramberry spice
      * Caramel dip
   
Soups-

   -Vulo mushroom soup

   -Sul cheese soup w/tarsk ham bits

   -Sorp chowder

   -Bosk and kalana soup w/dumplings


Salads-

   -Redfruit, nut and cheese salad w/larma vinaigrette

   -Balsamic bean salad

   -Kach and shreaded carrot salad w/creamy herb dressing






Main Courses-

   -Filet Mignon w/cosian wine sauce
