well in a few more days and I go to court and after that I will try and get the help needed to catch up on the rent. hopefully I will know that day if there is the help or not. and then that afternoon I have a doctors appointment with My foot doctor. for some reason on My left foot, there are some spots that has cracked open and don't know why. so going to try and find out what has caused My foot to crack open
and I had gotten an e-mail from My youngest brother that had just gotten done with his ait training and all that for the army, and he has been shipped to Korea and he has made it there safe and sound. so that part is a good thing.
and My cousin-in-law that is in the marines and over in Iraq, he is doing good so far.
so things are looking up in My life right now
I miss you all and hope to return to the family soon

I am trying not to kick the thralls that hard. but some around here are so stubborn that I have to keep kicking them every single day*chuckles* and yeah does not sound good on My foot. so that is why even tho his office was closed, I called and got an emergency appointment to go this wensday to find out what is going on with My foot.
and Bro I am looking at the postive of everything. so right now the good is out weighing the bad. I am just wanting to get all of this behind Me and get My life back on track again

well finally got the court date done and over with and hopefully can get the help or will have to be out by the 30th. so hopefully will have the help. went to FIA/DHS and applied there and it may take 10 days to get a desion. so hopefully will get that soon and get the help Me and My mom needs so bad. after court costs are added and all that junk, just over $1,600 is owed

by Me but that is for the rest of Septembers rent, all of Octobers and all of this month and filing file, lawyers fee, and the fee for serving the papers. but they got a money order for this months rent. so that takes the total down $518. so that is all good. I wish that was what was owed to Me. at the rate it is going with My social security I will be getting that in one check*chuckles* but unable to wait untill I get that check. so hopefully this will all be settled very soon

well got the appointment set up for this other place. so hopefully they can help. if not then I know where Me and My mom will be able to go to untill We find another place.

well I had My appointment today and so far it all looks good. I will hear about it on monday. so it is still a wait and see game. but she said it does not like there will be a problem. but they will not be able to do all of it. but what they will not be able to pay, can make some kind of arrangements on the rest.

well did not hear anything from that other place today. they was closed due to illness in the staff. I am gonna call them first thing in the morning. if they are unable to help, then I will be starting to pack tomorrow for me and my mom will have to be out of here by thursday night.

well got some great news now. I just got a call from this place and they have approved to pay $1,000 and just have to get the $167.43 and show them the paid reciept and then they will do the $1,000*giant ass grin*

*chuckles* oh yeah they did and got even better news. I spoke with my grandma and she is loaning me and mom the rest that is needed. so I don'tt have to move*big ass grins* I am so very happy right now for I did not want to move at all

oh yeah. went and paid the part I needed to pay and got the letter stating they will get a check for the rest in 10-14 days and took that to the office. so I am all set now*big grins*
