Our sister has arrived and is adjusting to the new experience. I am sure she had an idea of what to expect though it does tend to take on a whole different value when experienced first hand.
She is doing well enough and seems in good spirits. She was just dropping me a quick line before heading to grab some "grub". *S*

all I acn say to this is I hope this shit ends soon so Nexi can be home and safe. I have seen first hand what this mess can do to people. I don't want to loose another friend.

I spoke with our sis last night for a time.
She was able to come on line for a short time as she has some time on her hands and stands down from duty.
Our sis was wounded in action by a car bomb planted by insurgence while on patrol.
The wound is not serious. She took shrapnel from the explosion in her calf. No vein or aterial damage... strickly flesh and muscle. The shrapnel was removed and our sis is expected to make a full recovery.
She will not return home due to her wound, but will recouperate where she is before returning to full active duty.
Please keep her in thoughts and prayers!!

Our sis will be coming home soon!!!
Our sis will rejoin us in camp when she is able to. Until that time we will just have to settle for an occassional visit from her.
For those who don't yet know, or who have missed her in camp during her visits, our sis has been wounded again and this time, will be returning home to stay.
Keep her in your thoughts and prayers.
