Many a time, my True has told me how to handle my boss per say. Not saying any of it would not warrant my own death penalty but I have decided to place my boss on notice.
Needless to say, today's conversation at work with him, was not on the nice side of Raz.
Sometimes, youthful vengence and even aged patience can only hold so much volcanic pressure before the earth gives way and I happen to give someone a fraction of my mind.
Now...how long of a vacation do I take before working again.

Yanno, sometimes you just have to let 'em have it. There is only so much one person can take before an explosion is absolutely unavoidable.
Now all that remains to be seen is whether your boss will respect you for telling him how it is... or take it as a personal affront to his ego and fire you. Either way, you have the peace of mind that comes from knowing that you held your cool as long as humanly possible, and then you let the wrath of Raziel take its course!
Regardless of how it works out, I'll bet you feel better!

Fire me? LOL...I walked out on him even as he tried to tell me to "hey, come here! I said come here!" Told him then to fuck off, go and talk to his dog that way but not me. Ill go back for my tools on Monday...LOL.

If this is the same job you were telling me about last year at the Gathering, I am truly amazed you're only just quitting now! You were near stress breaking point then! *hugs* I'm glad you finally did it tho, knowing how stressed out and everything that you were.

Dear...with that sterling temper of yours..that growl and the way you get that look in your eyes..I am seriously surprised your boss didn't call for back up..lol..and I agree with Rags..I just hope your tools are still there when you go back Monday otherwise I pray your boss has accidental death and dismemberment insurance at work...as for vacation time..I say you take some time off..relax..let brain and body recoop and then knowing you you will get a job a hundred times better and end up making a ton more money and get to go back and rub your former bosses face so deep into it he'll taste it for weeks afterwards..got faith in you..-slurps-

Well, got my tools, loaded up. When I pulled up, the ex boss guy comes to the back, of course no work is being done, imagine that, and looks at me and says really politely..."So, you got anything to say?" Like Im going to apologize..."Nope"...."You just gonna quit then?"...."Yep"...."Do you need hecho to help you load up your tools?"...."Nope"...."So you dont think you need to apologize for Saturday or anything like that?"..."Hell No"..."You're just going to throw it away and leave then?"..."Yeah, because Im pretty much fed up with your shit and putting up with your shit for the last 4 years, so yeah, Im leaving and you owe me some money for my first week of work in 2003 and for Friday and the one hour on Saturday."...and I left.
So it went ok. And I got all my tools and some of his from what I could see.
Now....finding a job where I can use some knives........

Okies....good news...yeah, its good to have diverse skills and qualifications...Im going through the process of urinalysis, background check, criminal check, credit check, dmv record, and a polygraph. So far so good.
I start gun training Tuesday. ;D

I get a badge and a gun.
Im still going to find a job to employ my knives as well....hehehe.

Oh... their seconds (rejects) are fine... the blade is always perfect, it's usually a slight balance issue or a very small defect in the handle and are way cheaper. We've gotten several factory seconds from them.
Personally, I want their "hand and a half" sword... aka Bastard Sword. *grin* Just my size and the steel nut pommel to crush cinder blocks is just awesome. I believe they have (or at least had) a sword in a cane too... want that too. *chuckles*
EDIT: I just went to look at their site.. haven't looked in awhile.. WOW!!! I now have a new list... well... added onto the old list of things I want. I want the Small Sword, the HoneyComb (don't worry, no way I'll have it by the Gathering), AND I think Kitya is going to commision a Sjambok to be made for herself. *evil grin* For Migration of course.... ::)
We own several of the Voyager Series with the Tanto point.. in several sizes and a combination of plain or half serrated. *chuckles* We're eventually getting me the medium tanto tip plain edge since my Peacekeeper II is too large for me to legally carry in my purse. :-\
