The most beautiful sight on a Tuesday night at 9:30 pm

is my Sweet Baboo standing in my driveway waiting for me to get out of my car and hug him tight.


He is headed homeward to Alaska.. Done with the wars, done with the Army.. left with the healing and the journey onward to other goals in his life.  And he is so very loved. And he had to stop and see his Auntie on his way to the long drive home...

seeing him sleeping on my couch that eats people in the morning as I get ready and go out the door to work ... it wasn't just a dream last night..
