Title: another excerpt from a simple day ((diary entry from a couple years ago))

To See the Sky through a Tuchuk's Eye

to see the sky through a tuchuks eye
is to see beauty where nothing else lies

a clear open breath, the plains never ending,
the wind caressses soft, the grasses slowly bending

to smell the fertile soil, so much life all around
to hear the low tone of a bosk bell sound

the heat of the main fire warms the coldest soul,
the aged sitting furs comfort young and old

I stand to watch and love all I see,
leaning on a porch railing smelling the warm breeze

so many colors, so many sounds
maze tuchuk camp, where life abounds

I look to the sky and imagine Odin looking down,
I see Him salute, I see Him smile proud

to see the sky through a tuchuk's eyes,
is to know you are part of family divine.
