Knowing I have a few days to catch up on.
Starting with the first break we got on this case in months.
Lindsay Davis left a message for me that Barbara Swan had called her. She had gone out on a date with a man named Lance Zodic. After he left for work in the morning. She had turned on his computer and gone looking thru it. The pictures she found scared the hell out of her. She also searched his desk. Finding a journal with bank deposits that looked to be payments for girls trained than shipped overseas.
She told Lindsay that she put everything back the way she found it as best she could. While she was doing that she ran across a list of names along with pictures. There were some of the three girls that had gone missing from Big Apple Escorts. He had left his cell number for her to call him to get together again. She picked that up. Left him a note and got the hell out of there.

Called Barbara Swan and had her come down to the station to question her about what she found in Mr. Zodic's desk and on his computer. Scotty Valens was in on the interview with me. She told us about the images she had found on the computer along with the pictures. They really freaked her out. Said they were way beyond BDSM. His journal had records of large amounts of money that looked to be payments for the training and transporting of girls out of the states. As she told Lindsay there were also hard photos of the girls as well. I did question her about why she had been arrested a few years ago. Needed to know in case I needed to call her to the witness stand. With the information she has given us. I called Judge Cambell. She issued us a search warrant for his apartment.
We set it up that Barbara would call him and get him out of the apartment for a few hours so we could search it.
She was to call us when it was set up.
*closing the journal for now*
