Dear Diary,
Last night after the Genovese meeting, Eoin and I shared a taxi back to Carnegie Hill where even though he has his own place down the hall, he's been sleeping with me. We enjoyed another passionate romp in my bed, then lay there talking for a very long time.
I told him that I planned to meet with Diego and tell him that I won't be offering my body to anybody but Eoin from now on. My days as one of Diego's gifts to men of serious interest is over.
Eoin had turned down Lindsay just a few days ago, so I wasn't making this stand alone. I told Eoin he should continue working as one of my male masseur's in the Spa, but I'd rather he not have intercourse with them. We agreed that he'll restrict his massages to utilizing his hands to satisfy those in need, but that will be it. Eoin said he'll also drop out of the Big Apple Escorts.
I was sure that Diego would not be pleased, so I dreaded the potential face to face meeting. I called him on Tuesday morning and met with him in his Four Seasons second floor office to break the news. Indeed, he was planning to ask me to take care of that Russian, Boris Yurinov, the type of task I had had willingly supplied in the past.
He said he'd been watching Eoin and I draw closer and closer, so he understand why I felt I just couldn't perform adequately in the future. I feared I was about to be fired, since both Eoin and I had met with him over a year ago when we started spending our free time together and had agreed to not let our relationship interfere with our jobs. But Diego surprised me, saying he wants me to continue managing the Spa. He said that he'd meet with Lauren Bianchi and make other arrangements for one of her girls to satisfy the Russian's needs.
I asked if Diego would complain if Eoin dropped out of the Big Apple Escorts and he just laughed, saying he knew that was coming. He values Eoin for many reasons, far beyond his ability to satisfy women.
So, my life will change dramatically and we'll just have to see what the future holds.
