This is an extremely good rate and this Motel is in a semi private setting 15 minutes from both Salem and Alliance Metropolitan areas.
there are both smoking and non smoking rooms available.
I requested SEVEN rooms be earmarked for this gathering and these are a first come first serve deal. If we need more rooms, then we are probably able to get them, but since this is now the only hotel/motel in the area, he won't commit the whole establishment to us.
He has been remodelling the bathrooms, and room 120 is now a SINGLE Queen bed room instead of a double and single.
I recommend people rooming together and sharing the cost of the room.
Bring your swimsuits as there is a pool for our enjoyment.
RAZ (aka the Pool Shark) has once again agreed to be the chief cook for our meals.
contact the Motel and book your reservations. a credit card security deposit of one night's stay is required to hold the room. any cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid loss of deposit.
WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR RESERVATION, PLEASE:
If you are sharing a room, only ONE of you call... He gets confused, marks off a room for each person that calls and ends up with empty rooms he could have filled otherwise.
Once you have your reservation, make sure you let me know the dates and number of people and names and even the room number if you requested a specific one, so that I can keep track and reconfirm everything in person with him closer to the gathering.

oh, Shoko... Rick has epi pens, he is majorly allergic to bee's. The pen is easy to use.

am I gonna need to pack my first aid kit? there may be one catch for me getting to attend this.... and that is the fact that there may be an issue with the ordained job.....which would mean that I would have to drive up... and then leave sat afternoon to drive back.....because lets face it..... the BIG BOSS does put demands on me...... but its still a work in progression.....
and thinks that others need to remember to pack their epi pens. benadryl, hydrocortizone cream, sun block, rescue inhalers, or a nebulizer if its required. knows woobie will make sure that all the bosses meds are packed.. but please folks don't forget any applicable med in its originial containers please..... that way if there is an emergency we can easily identify any meds you are taking on a regular basis for report to ems personnel. also perhaps letting others know of a particular food allergy is a smart move....

So... I've been looking for flights, and tentively have booked one flying into illinois buttcrack early on that tues... cause the red eye (?) flight was cheeper... and after the two hour time diffrence it ends up arriving at like 6:30 am... and I have bonus points on my bank card so even if I have to pay for my flight I can get a travel credit so that it don't hit me so hard, but still trying to convince ajs dad to let me use points from his amx to get a flight.
Also if I can't get a ton of time off like im asking for, then I may be just flying straight into ohio.

If that doesn't happen, I am trying to convince her to fly into an airport around here and drive with us. If that doesn't work, then she'll be arriving in Ohio when she arrives in Ohio. Either way... Alex, Beau, Julian and I will be leaving Tuesday night. Travelling at night assures that the baby will just sleep all night and we won't have to worry about him being grouchy because of the driving and being confined. This will have us arriving early... Like really early Wednesday morning. This is barring that we don't drive around Columbus three or four times -glances at the blonde and Beau for this one- But since Alex has a gps he plans on bringing, we shouldn't get lost this time. We'll leave later Monday morning, after the farewell breakfast. So there's the plan.

If aisling may, it was soooo fabulous to see everyone, even if the visits were short.
