Title: Message Board Avatar Sizes

I have fixed the message boards as they were currently set to automaticly resize pictures which was causing slowdown in load up of topics.

In order to ensure your av does not have a scroll bar your board av should be no more than 200 pixels high x 140 pixels wide.
