...While visiting the Paravaci on a trip to exchange medical supplies, and skills and knowledge, Izee' partook too much of their paga one evening.
When she woke up the next afternoon, and shakily packed the supply kaiila, she was surprised to have a new kajira following her around. While drinking a restorative potion with their Chief Healer, she asked why the girl was following her around. Izee' was told that she had been so impressed by the girls talent the night before, that she had purchased the kajira. Izee' ordered the girl to perform...and Izee's headache had gotten much worse.
Izee' tried to sell the girl back...but the Paravaci had been delighted to unload the girl for a nice price.
...Izee' brought the girl back with her, in order to save face...and in order to keep intact the deals she had made. Upon arrival back at Tuchuk...in order to save face...Izee' ordered all kajirae to learn the girls skill.
...The Ubar had listened to the girl perform...and had immediately countermanded Izee's order, and had taken the girl away. He explained to Izee' that he did NOT want the kajirae to possess such skills...that the practicing alone would scare the herd of bosk. He also said that he would assign the girl to the Torture Wagon, because her skill would be helpful in breaking down difficult prisoners.
...(Seriously, this woman is amazing...I have never heard such in my life...
