...My Mother and I can explain what these are... :)   She was born in Presdio, Texas...and as a child I spent many summers in the adobe house.   :P

...There are other views, I will find them, Brother.  *S*  She was born in Presideo before there were a lot of cars.  They would see the lights against the hills, and above them.  The lights move, and change colors, and grow larger and smaller.    :o   But...as I said...she and I are keeping our mouths shut!   :-X
