This Week's Gossip
Last Sunday I actually had to wake up Donovan Kline upon my return from a power walk in Central Park with Mary McGrath. There he was, still sound asleep in my bed and I utilized one of my most favorite methods to get him up. After we showered together, I made him buy me brunch downstairs in the Palm Court. All in all it was a very pleasant weekend.
Mary McGrath keeps pumping me for the latest romance scenes in New York City so I again mentioned Furio Giunta now taking Katie Donovan out. I also mentioned Barbara Barton, and Mary said she needs to meet some of these people that loaf at the Four Seasons Supper Club. I'm sure she will show up Saturday night.
Rachel called and is pretty upset after hearing that her friend and play narrator fell and broke her leg. Kate is recovering at the Columbia Medical Center under Dr. Gregory House's care. Rachel rushed back and Furio picked her up at the airport and took her directly over to see Kate.
On Saturday night I had dinner with Diego at the Four Seasons Club. Samantha wasn't there since she went off to visit her parents. Instead, Diego and I watched a variety of singers in an amateur night. It was almost like American Idol with both good and bad performances. I was surprised that there was absolutely no sign of Barbara Barton. Wonder what's up there?
We left as soon as the show was over, because Diego said that Furio desperately wanted the night off. Furio dropped us off at the Plaza where Diego will be spending the night, and raced off. He never said where he was going, but I'm damn sure it was Katie Donovan's place.

Due to Kate's nasty fall, the scheduled play next Tuesday night has been delayed.
