Dear Diary,
Just an update. Devin and I are still here in Boston looking after Mom. Since she fell and broke her hip...she's needed us around. I'm happy that Diego didn't mind too much that I had to take the time off until further notice. Unfortunantly I haven't been able to let anyone else know what exactly is going on...Hopefully he passed the word around...
Poor Mom. She has so many things that she wants to do, but can't due to not being able to move. It's a good thing we are here because our presence keeps her from getting depressed. I am actually considering having her move in with us after she gets better...it's a thought...either that or get her a nanny or something. Since Dad decided to be a douche and land himself in prison, she is awfully lonely. If I could stay I would, but...this place just isn't me anymore...this Anne of Green Gables life no longer suits me...I miss the city. The place where my friends are. And I know that Devin misses school...he's going to get held back this year I am afraid...he's not too happy about that, but he swears that he'll do so well next year they'll boost him back up. Not likely, but I'm not going to crush his dreams.
I think I'll give Rachel a call...I miss having friends around...
