By my authority as Ubar of Tuchuk,
I do declare aisling, collared by Blade Metal, as being abandoned. On my orders her current collar is to be removed, and aisling is to be placed in a camp collar. She may return her previous Master's collar to his wagon, where she will leave it upon his furs and retrieve her chest of issued goods and move into the kennel wagon next to familure.
