This Week's Gossip
Last Sunday morning I woke up to find Bruce making breakfast. This guy is a real kick and I enjoy his company. After Bruce left, I slipped into some sweats and met Rachel in Central Park for our normal Sunday morning workout. She was in a perky mood after seeing a play with Mike Miller on Saturday night. We both went home, showered, dressed, then met again at the Palm Court for brunch.

Apparently, Madison Cirillo has negotiated a mutually acceptable divorce from Joshua Turning. Things were just never the same between them after the loss of her baby. She's back attending classes at Columbia and also managing the Four Seasons Supper Club and the Coco Paza restaurant, both owned by our friend, Diego Farina.

The word on the street is that Ed Deline has finally purchased the old Golden Nugget Casino and Hotel in Atlantic City. He intends to rebuild it completely and rename it The Madriano. Ed is bringing several of his former employees from Vegas to run the new casino which they hope to open this summer. Danny McCoy, the fellow I met during the tour of the Golden Nugget a few weeks ago, will be handling security for Ed. I hope to obtain the names of a few others Ed is planning on hiring. I personally am pleased with this effort to bring a new spark to Atlantic City. Three cheers for Mr. Deline, even though I'm not sure he really likes me.

On Wednesday night I sat in the back row as usual and watched Rachel's Friends play. It was funny as hell, filled with tons of adlibs. Mack was a riot as Mr. Geller. She's a kick and a half. Fallon played Mrs. Geller to a tee.

On Saturday night, I met Mr. Deline again while sitting at the Four Seasons Club bar. We had a few words and I agreed to restrict this column as requested. I'll let the press speak for themselves. It's a shame, because I truly think I could have been quite helpful.

Entertainment
This Wednesday night, January 25th at 10:00 pm ET, the Off-Broadway Creative Arts Theatre will be offering Rachel Tatellio's version of Ally McBeal - The Car Wash. It should be fun and I will be sitting in my center seat in the back row watching to see who might show up and who sits with whom, unless Rachel once again needs me in the cast.

As Ed Deline

reading the paper over coffee and a danish before I head back to the hospital.  Sighing when I read the column, wishing like hell I am not even mentioned at all, muttering quietly,  At least she kept her promise...
