just wanted to let my family know that i am still alive and around havent been around much i know but am hoping that will change soon i was hoping it would be this week but i kinda fell saturday and now my left knee cap is broke i am going to see a orthopedic doctor on thursday (quickest i could get in haha) and i will know more then as to whats going on and if they will fix it or not ...those who know my rt disabilities know i am in bitch mode right now HAHA so with all my love i miss my family

I wish i had a better, like, dramatic story, but i fell carrying a box of barbies in the house...now the tendons and nerves are all F'd up..kneecaps just fine!

I hope it ebbs, if not completely heals, quite soon!!!

well tomorrows mt doctors appointment  and such so i will let all know tomorrow if possible but i just wanted to thank everyone for thoughts and prayers its drivin me mad having a swollen knee and muscle spasms but hey it could be worse right? LOL  anyway some good news atleast to me the swelling has gone down a great deal yaaa!!! and no deeemon sister of my heart its not the painkillers talkin LOL
