Taryn...... once more..... thank you I needed that...... today I have heard it all..... everything from the ... I didn't get my phone wet..... I was outside in the rain under an umbrella...... to the I put my cell phone in a phone condom to protect it.... to the..... how can my phone be water damaged.. it was never exposed to water.... then the customer admits to putting her cell phone in the waist band of her pants... and it slipped... and when it goes off... it vibrates.... so she spent three hours calling herself..... and thend doesn't want to be charged for the calls and swears the phone was never exposed to moisture..
