fred here,................... a touch of the flu is still around here............ It's aftereffects even got on my clothes the other day
.... the poor buggers still aren't 100%
but now from the eating diary of fred:
and yes the gauchos served meats on a skewers (including such things as bacon wrapped around heart -- for real) again things are kinda different here
1) Yesterday noon................... ATE MUSLIM (why Muslim?) Muslims makes the best butchers. Their meats are always the freshest and best kept........... and mighty tasty too
2) last nite: Pizza HUT............... after 5 loads of washing clothes yesterday (including my own) . food just didn't look appetizing. Had a deep dish that looked and tasted good and a thin crust that was questionable?
3) NOON today.......... had traditional Chinese (home made) and very good (spare ribs and noodles)
4) Dinner tonite is scheduled for: Formal Chinese with all the trimmings and such.
Had been moving by 'light rail' and subway....talk about moving with the masses of humanity? a wave of humanity dashing this way and that ------>
and what colour black do you like? I stick out like a sore thumb (well a healthy sorethumb)
My jean jacket, or my yellow windbreaker, or my red fleece jacket stands out in a crowd.
basic black is the basic colour one wears..... in this case: black is not just beautiful but also everyone else. Also even though the weather is 60'ish here, many are wearing long underwear........NO one wants to be chilly? but then maybe because "I AM HEALTHY" (meaning healthy is 'overweight' compared to the general populace's weight)
The weather here is constantly snogged-filled. HIGH noon always looks like late afternoon, 5'ish.
prays FOR rain and for the snog to be washed away? (leaves everything dirty after the rain. Normally a rain would wash things clean. here it washes the aire clean but leaves a dirty residual on all things
I appears I am rambling again?............... well just want to share some of these experiences with ya cause..................... kinda miss ya
