kay................... did you know {from recent (+10 yrs) MRI's and brain scans data} all human babies are born w/ Synesthesia.
                from birth to about 6 months. they see/hear/touch/smell/ and taste THE WORLD as one sense and then neural pathways are trimmed and connected to more specific parts of the brain.

and think of this too re: Synesthesia.   taste&smell are two senses rolled into one?  HUH???
                how does food taste w/ a stuffy nose?
